189. CORNUCOPIA - "LANCASTER GLASS, WORKS N.Y." / URN, (GIII-16), Lancaster Glass Works, Lancaster, New York, medium olive-green pint, iron pontil, rough sheared and partially tool finished lip.
A sand grain on a medial rib has a tiny blemish surrounding it. A 1/8" chip off the top of the rough finished lip.
Very few items blown at the Lancaster Glass Works are marked, and this is the only flask. With the exception of aqua, all colors are considered to be scarce to rare. A very crude flask with plenty of air bubbles and good strength of color!
